Who we are
Fountain Stream (fountainstream.com and the Fountain Stream mobile apps) is the audio and video streaming service of The Eternal Glorious Fountain Ministry (EGFM), operated by Word of Righteousness Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By using Fountain Stream you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Using Fountain Stream
- You can listen to many messages and songs without an account. Some features (downloads, library, RabbAI, giving, Community) need you to sign in.
- You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Messages, music and other content
- Messages, music, transcripts, synopses, artwork and other content on Fountain Stream belong to EGFM, the ministers and artistes, or others who have allowed us to use them.
- You may listen, watch and download for your personal, non-commercial use and edification.
- Please don't copy, re-upload, sell, broadcast or otherwise distribute our content, or remove credits, without written permission. To ask for permission, contact us.
- Downloads are for listening on your own devices.
RabbAI
RabbAI uses artificial intelligence to help you study the messages and the Scriptures. Its answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Always check them against the Bible and the messages themselves; RabbAI is not a substitute for prayer, study or pastoral counsel. Daily usage limits may apply.
Fountain Radio and Community
Fountain Radio live chat and Fountain Stream Community are also governed by the Community Terms and the Community Privacy Notice.
Giving
Donations ("sowing a seed") are voluntary gifts and are governed by the Donation Terms.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use Fountain Stream for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm others;
- try to access accounts, systems or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the service (for example by scraping, overloading or reverse engineering it);
- use automated tools to download or collect content in bulk;
- pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection with EGFM.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Fountain Stream available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features and content at any time.
Ending your use
You can stop using Fountain Stream at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
No warranty, and our responsibility
Fountain Stream is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from your use of the service, except where the law does not permit us to exclude it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page, and tell you in the app when a change matters. Continuing to use Fountain Stream after a change means you accept the updated terms.
