This notice explains what Fountain Stream Community collects, who sees it, how long it's kept and what you can do about it. It adds to the main Fountain Stream Privacy Policy. 1. What we collect

We don't use Community data for third-party advertising, and we don't sell it.
2. Who can see it
- Community members see your profile, follower and following counts, your activities, notes, replies and reactions, and your badges. People you have blocked can't see your profile or activity.
- Your followers see your listening activity in their feeds while sharing is on.
- Anyone using Fountain Radio (including people not signed in) can read radio chat comments.
- Moderators and administrators see reports, held content and moderation records.
- Service providers who host and run Fountain Stream for us (Google, Amazon Web Services and DigitalOcean) process data on our behalf under contract.
3. How long we keep it

4. Your choices
- Turn Share what I listen to off, or use private listening for a session.
- Delete any of your activities, notes, replies or comments.
- Mute or block other members.
- Leave Community (section 12 of the Community Terms), which deletes your profile and Community content.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your data protection authority (in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission). Contact info@egfm.org.
5. Legal basis
We rely on:
- Running Community features you asked to use (profile, follows, feed, posts): performance of our agreement with you.
- Sharing listening activity: your consent, through the Share what I listen to setting, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Moderation, safety and keeping moderation records: our legitimate interest in keeping the community safe.
6. Children
Community isn't intended for children under 13. If you think a child has joined, contact info@egfm.org and we'll remove the profile.
7. Changes
We'll update this notice when Community changes how it uses data, and ask you to agree again when the change matters.
