Who receives your gift
Donations made on Fountain Stream ("sowing a seed") are received by Word of Righteousness Ventures for the work of The Eternal Glorious Fountain Ministry (EGFM), including producing and sharing messages, music and Fountain Radio.
Your gift is voluntary
- Giving is entirely voluntary. Every message and song remains available whether or not you give.
- A donation is a gift, not a payment for goods or services. It doesn't buy any feature, ranking or special treatment.
- When a signed-in member's donation completes, a heart badge shows on their Community profile picture for 24 hours. The amount is never shown.
How payments are processed
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Flutterwave. You enter your card or bank details on Flutterwave's secure page; we never see or store them.
- You can give in Naira, US dollars or other currencies offered at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may charge fees or apply its own exchange rate.
- A donation is complete when the payment provider confirms it. If a payment fails, no money is taken.
Receipts
You'll see a confirmation when your gift succeeds, and the payment provider may email you a receipt. For a donation statement, contact us with your payment reference.
Refunds
Because donations are gifts, they are generally not refundable. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or did not authorise a payment, contact us within 14 days with your payment reference and we will look into it and refund any mistaken charge.
Fraud and misuse
We and our payment provider may decline or reverse a payment we believe is fraudulent or unauthorised.
Tax
Donations may not be tax-deductible where you live. Please check with a tax adviser.
Your data
We record the amount, currency, date, reference and status of each donation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.
